By downloading or using Wish & Went, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Wish & Went is a personal travel journal that lets you save, revisit, and review places you have visited or want to visit. The service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at alexis.moutsopoulos@gmail.com.
You retain ownership of any content you create within Wish & Went (places, reviews, tags, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your content and we do not share it with other users.
You agree not to misuse the service — including but not limited to attempting to access systems you are not authorised to access, submitting spam or malicious content, or reverse-engineering any part of the application.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Upon deletion, your personal data and all associated content will be permanently removed within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used in a harmful or abusive manner.
Wish & Went is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that place data sourced from third-party providers (e.g. Mapbox) will always be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wish & Went shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
